Kettles were called in by OpenBet to refurbish the corrugated roof & cladding at their Andover unit recently, where much of the previous coating had delaminated from the roof, there was extensive cut-edge corrosion, the roof was in a very poor condition, leading to numerous leakages throughout the building.
The removal of the existing (Failed) roof coating was achieved by High-Pressure Jet Washing and Hand Preparation, prior to the application Delcote Architectural Coatings and the roof lights were refurbished with Delvemade Delglaze... The Result! A Protective system that will not only resist the elements, but is warranted for 15 years, and as our contracts manager Gary Bruce commented – “This was a Lovely Job”.
